NEW YORK (PR NEWSWIRE) — Centre Lane Partners, LLC, a private equity firm based in New York, is pleased to announce the merger of two longtime leaders in the EMS, PCB and electro-mechanical component service industries — STACI Corporation (LaGrange, Ohio) and EPM Global Services (Markham, Ontario), both acquired by Centre Lane Partners in 2014.

David M. Buckley, President and CEO of STACI Corporation, has been appointed President and CEO of the newly formed company.
